It begins with R, just like rest, rest and get out of everyday life. You are always welcome and above all always right to enjoy the rest of your holiday time at the „Restlhof”. And that in every season. Enjoy your stay in the sunniest place in Austria. Our beautiful “Lungauer” landscape is ideal for hiking, skiing and cross-country skiing.

We’re 20 minutes Car journey from the large ski area Obertauern and 30 minutes Driving distance from Katschberg. Outdoorparc Lungau, which is especially designed for young and old, for individualists and above all groups, is located 200 m from the organic farm. Whether you are looking for peace and quiet, love exercise or simply want to recharge your batteries – here you will feel at home even on holiday.

ALL ABOUT THE ORGANIC FARM

The one you see today in Seitling was renovated in 1964. The original farm was built in Fanning 1747. Our animals on the organic farm are kept with respect and many years of experience and make many an (old) child’s heart beat faster. We are running a Fleckvieh breeding program and are a member of the famous breeding association “Bio Austria”. We are also shipping our organic milk to local stores “SalzburgMilch” within the region.

We are also offering some self-made products like liquor, jelly juices, different kinds of tea, salve, …

BE PART OF OUR TEAM

Do not hesitate to ask if you would like to help us on the farm. We start every day at 6 pm!
Especially for the little ones it is great fun and brings many new experiences, which are not often possible nowadays. Stable boots are provided by the farm.

You are always welcome to help with:

Calves give milk and feed cows

Scattering straw around the farm

Feeding the pigs

Feeding the chickens and getting the eggs from the nest

Feeding the rabbits
